Affiliate Program Agreement |
| Referral commissions are based
on clients applying for Debt Power Down (Debt
Liquidation) programs and being approved.
How quickly this is processed depends on how
quickly your referrals follow-up with necessary
documents. It could take anywhere's from a
few weeks to a couple of months. Financing
procedures are time sensitive and requires the
most current statements for preceding 2 months
in order to make deadlines. There is no
out of pocket cost for your referrals to apply.
Commissions are paid out of Funding when closing
occurs. |

can discontinue the program at any time
without prior notice and has no obligation
to continue to operate the program.

can change the product offering or the
specifics of the product offered at any
time. NoMore-Debts.com™ can change the
commissions offered at any time. Both
without prior notice. If there's a delay or
any sort of problem on commissions sent to
you, we may subtract out commissions on the
next check to adjust for it.

responsibility to check for changes in this
agreement.

You are an independent contractor and are
solely responsible for your taxes. You are
in no way, shape or form an employee of
NoMore-Debts.com. You won't represent you
are. You won't do anything illegal, use any
domain names that aren't rightfully yours,
represent that people can make any money
whatsoever with the products, won't hold The
Internet Marketing Profits Center, Inc.
and/or NoMore-Debts.com™ liable for
any lawsuits.

This is our only agreement and supersedes
any verbal agreements.

In the event of a refund, the affiliate will
be charged back the amount of commissions
paid.

does its best to make its payouts for the
previous month on the last day of the
following month.
For
example, October 2004 commissions are
paid out on November 30, 2004.

is not responsible for any problems and delays

transferring your commissions to you. |

You agree not to hold
NoMore-Debts.com™ liable for failure to
perform.

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent
practices in order to increase your payouts.
Doing so forfeits all commissions due.
Causes for termination as a affiliate can
include but are not limited to fraud,
suspected fraud involving your affiliate id,
spam complaints attributed to your affiliate
ID, and claims or representations that are
inaccurate, invalid or fraudulent.

You agree not to send unsolicited offers or
spam my offer to anyone for any reason and
doing so forfeits all commissions due. This
applies to newsgroup spamming also.
You agree not to post ads in forums,
newsgroups and message boards.

has given you the rights as an affiliate of
this product as a free bonus and have not
charged you for it in any way.

This program stands by itself. Becoming an
affiliate does not give you the rights to
become an affiliate to resell any of
NoMore-Debts.com™’s other products.

Should any provision, section or part of
this agreement be ruled illegal,
not-enforceable or invalid, it will not
invalidate the rest of the agreement. All
other terms and provisions will remain
valid, enforceable and in tact.

| |

Commissions only apply to full prices (not
to special offers, discounts, bundles, or
any other non-standard offering).

Affiliate agrees to use provided Graphics,
Flyers, Banners, Sites, Presentations and must
submit any other forms of advertising to

for pre-approval. |

You are fully responsible for paying any tax
or fees due to commissions earned.

Our conglomerate of Alliances is
considered Intellectual Property in order to
make this marketing program possible. As
such Affiliate is bound by this agreement not to
circumvent it and agrees to non-compete clause
of two years. |
